BeyondWP Referral Partner Terms
These Referral Partner Terms govern participation in the BeyondWP referral program, a service operated by Makeable Brand LLC.
Referral Eligibility
A referral is considered valid when a referral partner introduces a prospective client to BeyondWP prior to any existing contact between that client and Makeable Brand LLC.
Referrals are valid for sixty (60) days from the date of introduction. If no contract is signed within that period, the referral will expire unless otherwise agreed in writing by Makeable Brand LLC.
Referral Fees
Approved participants earn referral fees based on their selected track: Affiliate or Partner. Clients pay fifty (50) percent to start the project and fifty (50) percent upon completion. The applicable referral percentage is applied to each client payment after it is received.
Affiliate
- Fifteen (15) percent of the total project value for qualifying BeyondWP projects
- Paid after the client submits the first 50 percent payment and after the final 50 percent payment
Partner
- Thirty (30) percent of the total project value for qualifying BeyondWP projects
- Paid after the client submits the first 50 percent payment and after the final 50 percent payment
Referral fees are paid by Makeable Brand LLC and do not affect the fees charged to the client.
Payment Process
Referral partners must submit an invoice for each referral payment milestone after being notified by Makeable Brand LLC that the milestone has been met. Each milestone corresponds to the client payments at project start (50 percent) and completion (50 percent).
Invoices are paid according to the agreed payment terms via ACH, Stripe, or PayPal, with the agreed commission amount calculated net of any associated processing or card fees.
Confidentiality
Referral partners agree to keep all client, project, and pricing information related to BeyondWP strictly confidential and not disclose such information to any third party.
Disclosure
Referral partners are encouraged to be transparent with referred clients that they may receive a referral fee for the introduction to BeyondWP. Makeable Brand LLC may also disclose the existence of referral relationships in client agreements.
Project Fit and Acceptance
Makeable Brand LLC reserves the right to decline any referral that is not a fit for BeyondWP services. Referral fees apply only to paid projects that move forward under a signed agreement with Makeable Brand LLC.
Independent Relationship
Referral partners act as independent parties. Participation in the BeyondWP referral program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship with Makeable Brand LLC.
Modifications
Makeable Brand LLC may update these referral terms from time to time. Continued participation in the BeyondWP referral program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
